ABOUT THE COMPANYISI E-BEAM is the pioneer E-Beam contract sterilization solutions provider in the Philippines.

Introducing commercial-scale Electron Beam (E-Beam) Technology, we offer a safe and proven method for sterilizing products like fresh and processed food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, and packaging materials. Our specialized technology, along with digital management systems in our warehousing and cold storage facilities, empowers Philippine businesses by enhancing safety and elevating product quality to meet global market standards.

Recognizing the growing global demand for high-quality and safe products, we envisioned E-Beam technology as a solution to address the industry's critical challenges requiring stringent sterilization processes.

Irradiation Solutions Inc. (ISI) was incorporated on January 4, 2021 as a 100% subsidiary of A. Brown Co. Inc. (ABCI) to pursue the build out of a network of irradiation centers in the Philippines. Construction on the Tanay E-Beam facility began on April 2022 with target completion date in March 2024.

ABOUT THE COMPANYOur Facility

The Tanay E-Beam and Cold Storage Facility is located in Tanay, Rizal. Tanay is an emerging location with accessibility to the Greater National Capital Region and Calabarzon markets. Tanay has good connectivity to national roads, the Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Port of Manila, and the Batangas Port are accessible within 100 km from the facility.

Our facility features a 10 MeV (15 kW) electron beam linear accelerator supplied by Radtech Vietnam and designed with a 2-pass irradiation system and flipper mechanism. With a land area of 1.17 hectares (11,700m²), our facility meets operational needs and allows for future facility expansion. The facility will operate under the compliance of all appropriate regulatory guidelines and adopt local and international standards, fulfilling our promise to elevate industries to be globally competitive products.
